We warmly welcome applications for Grade R to Grade 7. Let your child begin their Victory journey.

Applications for 2027 are open

We are accepting applications for the 2027 school year. Places are limited, so apply early to secure your child's place at Victory Primary School.

Four steps

How to apply

Our admissions process is simple and welcoming. Follow these steps to join the Victory family.

  1. Contact the school

    Phone or email the office to tell us you're interested, and ask for an application form.

  2. Complete the form

    Fill in the form fully and return it to the school office with all the required documents.

  3. Meet the principal

    We invite parents and the learner to a short, friendly meeting with the principal to get to know each other.

  4. Receive confirmation

    Once your child is accepted, you'll receive an official letter of placement and your registration pack.

Required documents

Please bring the following when you hand in your application.

  • Certified copy of the learner's birth certificate
  • Certified copy of the parent or guardian's ID
  • Most recent school report (if applicable)
  • Transfer card from the previous school (if applicable)
  • Proof of residential address (e.g. a utility bill)
  • Immunisation / Road to Health card
  • 2 recent passport-size photos of the learner
  • The completed application form

School fees

We keep our fees as affordable as possible so that we can serve the Ngcobo community. For the current amounts, please contact the school office.

Help with fees

No child should be turned away because of money. Families in need may apply for a fee reduction or a payment arrangement. Speak to the principal in confidence.
